Toni B. Ross focuses her practice on family law, trust & estate planning, and real estate law.

Her family law practice includes divorce—contested and uncontested—alimony, children/time sharing, post judgment enforcement and modifications, paternity, and domestic violence. She is also trained in collaborative family law, which is a type of alternate dispute resolution that facilitates settlement without litigation in family law matters. In her collaborative practice, she works to achieve voluntary dispute resolution in family matters. Ms. Ross’s trust and estate planning work includes all aspects of wills, trusts, and overall asset management.

Known for her compassion, Ms. Ross guides her clients with sensitivity through every step of the legal process. She clearly communicates all available options and comes up with creative solutions to best suit her clients’ legal, emotional, and financial needs. Ms. Ross zealously advocates for her clients to achieve the best overall outcome in each case.

In addition to her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Ross also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, which gives her unique insight to understand and grasp the enormous psychological stress associated with the legal process. Ms. Ross is extremely sensitive to the emotional components that entail family law matters such as the break-up and restructuring of a family and has a deep understanding of the need to put families and children first. Moreover, she is deeply attuned to the stress associated with bankruptcy and the financial hardships that come along with it. In her estate planning practice, she focusses on zealously protecting her clients’ futures through creative estate planning and asset management techniques.

Ms. Ross has been practicing law for over 36 years and is admitted to practice law in both Florida and New York, as well as before the United States Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree at Touro Law School in New York. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and criminal justice at the American University, in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Ross started her legal career by serving as an intern and legal assistant to Allan Ross, a highly respected attorney and litigator in New York, both prior to and while attending law school. After obtaining her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Ross practiced law for over 13 years in New York City before relocating to South Florida in 2001. Ms. Ross is active in her community and belongs to a number of legal associations including the American Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Associations, as well numerous charitable organizations.
